Refund Policy
Returns:
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. This is why we have implemented an industry unprecedented 45 day refund policy. Items can be returned for a full refund minus shipping costs within 45 days of the shipments arrival. For clothing items must be unworn and unwashed and in original condition in order to be eligible for a refund. Other items must be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. If an item is defective or damaged please contact us immediately to initiate defective return authorization. You will be issued an RMA number and instructions for return. We review all issues on a case by case bases with our suppliers with your 100% satisfaction in mind. We stand behind everything we sell. Items marked "final sale" are sold as-is and cannot be returned.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping:
Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail.
Customs:
When making your purchase please remember you are responsible for any customs clearance and customs duty if applicable. We will not be responsible.
